How do you get weather because it only has three options,1. wind 2. night or day 3.witch stadium? Is it possible to make it snow or rain?

when u choose the teams in the middle top of the screen that says stadium click that and the a weather tap will open up

why can i not control the game on franchise mode for the wii

is there like any tricks or hints on superstar mode because i am trying 2 create a running back but my overall is like 81 is there any way 2 better this..it sucks and my superstar is never a starter always 2nd or 3rd screen… any help??
