They are going into the menu and resetting their skill levels. They are looking at your teams level and boosting theirs to get the advantage....if you see this happen, just go off line..it isn't worth the trouble to counter them! happened to me twice, then i figured it out. You might have to check a bunch of teams, but it works. Then trade up after the season and get the first pick on the draft. Works every season.
